This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It lists what you may not do with Book Keeper. If you break it, we may remove content, suspend features, or close an account, as the Terms describe.
Don’t use the Service for anything illegal or deceptive
- Fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or hiding income or assets.
- Fake, inflated or misleading invoices, receipts, 1099s, W-9 requests or financial statements.
- Taking payments for illegal goods or services, or for businesses Stripe or Square don’t allow.
- Pretending to be another person or business, or keeping books for a business you’re not authorized to act for.
Respect other people’s information
- Enter or upload personal information about others only when you have the right to.
- Don’t ask for or store taxpayer ID numbers except to meet a real tax reporting duty.
- Don’t use contact details in your books for marketing that the law doesn’t allow.
No spam
- Send invoices, receipts and W-9 requests only to your real customers and vendors.
- Send friend invites only to people you know, one at a time. Don’t post invite links publicly, buy lists, or create accounts to earn rewards.
Don’t harm the Service or other users
- No attempts to get into accounts, companies or systems that aren’t yours, or to get around security, plan limits or rate limits.
- No viruses or malicious files, and no uploads that you know contain them.
- No scraping, automated sign-ups, or load that disrupts the Service, other than our published features.
- No reselling or sharing access to the Service, except by inviting teammates to your own companies.
- No using the AI Assistant to produce content that breaks the law or our AI provider’s usage policies.
Reporting problems
To report abuse or a security issue, email support@igoquick.com. If you find a security vulnerability, tell us privately and give us a reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else; we won’t take legal action against good-faith research that follows this policy and doesn’t access other people’s data.
