These companies process data for us so we can run Book Keeper. Each receives only what its job needs and is bound by a contract that limits how it may use the data. How we handle your information overall is in our Privacy Policy.

Services you choose to connect
These aren’t our subprocessors: you connect them yourself, under your own agreement with each one, and you can disconnect them in Settings. We list them so you can see where data flows.
| Provider | What for | Data exchanged | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your company’s Stripe account | Taking card and bank payments on your invoices | Invoice amounts, your customers’ names and emails, and saved payment methods | Under your agreement with Stripe |
| Mercury | Direct bank feed | We read accounts, balances and transactions with the read-only token you create | Under your agreement with Mercury |
| Square | Importing sales and payouts | We read locations, payments, payouts, orders and customers | Under your agreement with Square |
| Intuit QuickBooks Online | One-time or repeat import of your old books | We read the customers, vendors, accounts and transactions you import | Under your agreement with Intuit |
Done in your browser
When you attach a file to the AI Assistant, reading it (including text recognition on scans) and removing account and tax ID numbers happen on your own device, before anything is sent. Statements you upload elsewhere in the app are read on our own servers. No outside service is involved in either.
Changes
When we add or replace a service provider, we update this page and its “Last updated” date. For a new provider that will receive your books, we’ll also tell account owners at least 30 days ahead, unless we need to act sooner to keep the Service running or secure. Questions: support@igoquick.com.
